All In One Care PR's Host Pro is designed for hosts who need closer monitoring of their Airbnb or short-term rental and want to resolve minor maintenance issues before they affect their guests' experience.

Includes all the benefits of Host Lite, plus:

🔧 45 minutes of Mini-Maintenance each month

During your monthly visit, you will have up to 45 minutes of labor for eligible minor maintenance tasks.

For example:

•⁠  ⁠Light bulb replacement
•⁠  ⁠Detector battery replacement
•⁠  ⁠Minor door adjustments
•⁠  ⁠Minor cabinet adjustments
•⁠  ⁠Simple fixture replacement
•⁠  ⁠Screw or hardware adjustments
•⁠  ⁠Small touch-ups or fixes that can be done within the available time

This allows us to identify a small issue during the inspection and, when possible, resolve it during the same visit.

Materials, parts, and work requiring specialized technicians are quoted separately. Unused minutes do not accumulate.

🧴 Quarterly Amenities Audit

Every three months, we will review important items for the guest experience.

We can check replenishment needs for:

•⁠  ⁠Soap
•⁠  ⁠Basic products
•⁠  ⁠Trash bags
•⁠  ⁠Towels
•⁠  ⁠Bedding
•⁠  ⁠Kitchen items
•⁠  ⁠Other amenities established by the owner

You will receive a recommended replenishment list to help you keep the property prepared.

💰 15% discount on labor

Host Pro members receive a 15% discount on labor for eligible All In One Care PR services.

📞 Priority line for urgent situations — 8 AM to 8 PM

You will have priority access to communicate maintenance situations that may affect a stay.

We will assess the situation and begin appropriate coordination based on availability.

This does not constitute a medical, police, or fire emergency service and does not guarantee immediate repair.
