Host Max by All In One Care PR is designed for Airbnb and short-term rental owners who need more than just occasional maintenance.

For $199 a month, you'll get preventive inspections, included minor maintenance, additional post-guest oversight, exclusive discounts, and our highest priority level for urgent situations.

Especially ideal if you manage your property from outside Puerto Rico or want to reduce the time you personally spend solving problems.

🔍 Monthly 20-Point Preventive Inspection

Each month we will perform a 20-Point Preventive Inspection to visually verify the general condition of your property.

We will check different areas related to A/C, plumbing, humidity, lighting, doors and locks, walls, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor areas, and other visible maintenance conditions.

📸 Photographic Report

We will document the property's condition with photographs so you can know its status even when you are not present.

If we identify a situation that needs attention, we can recommend the next step and prepare a quote when appropriate.

🔧 2 Mini-Maintenance Sessions Per Month

Host Max includes two periods of up to 45 minutes of minor maintenance each month.

We can use them for eligible jobs such as:

•⁠  ⁠Changing light bulbs
•⁠  ⁠Changing batteries
•⁠  ⁠Minor adjustments to doors or cabinets
•⁠  ⁠Loose screws or hardware
•⁠  ⁠Simple installations
•⁠  ⁠Small maintenance corrections
•⁠  ⁠Other minor jobs that can be completed within the available time

Materials and parts are charged separately. Unused periods do not carry over from one month to the next.

🧹 10% discount on Turnovers

Every time you need to prepare the property for the next guest, you will receive a 10% discount on our Standard Turnover service.

Turnover is charged per event based on the size and characteristics of the property.

This way, you don't pay for cleanings you don't need: only when guests check out.

🏠 1 Random Post-Guest Inspection Per Month

Once a month we can perform an additional post-stay inspection, helping you identify visible damage, missing items, or other conditions that may require attention.

When appropriate, we will document the identified situations with photographs.

This benefit can be especially useful for owners who manage their property remotely.

🧴 Amenities Audit

We will regularly check essential property items and can inform you what needs replenishment.

This may include:

•⁠  ⁠Soap
•⁠  ⁠Trash bags
•⁠  ⁠Basic products
•⁠  ⁠Towels
•⁠  ⁠Bedding
•⁠  ⁠Kitchen items

The purchase and replenishment of products are charged separately.

💰 20% discount on eligible labor

As a Host Max member, you receive a 20% discount on labor for our eligible services for additional work not included in the mini-maintenance sessions.

This may include participating A/C services, handyman, painting, maintenance, pressure washing, and other repairs available through All In One Care PR.

🚨 Priority for urgent situations — less than 4-hour response target

Host Max receives our highest level of priority for urgent property-related requests.

Our goal is to respond and begin coordination of urgent situations within a period of less than 4 hours.

Services performed outside our regular hours may be subject to additional charges.

The response time does not guarantee that the repair can be completed within four hours.

Mini-maintenance applies exclusively to eligible minor jobs and is not cumulative. Materials, parts, equipment, permits, and specialized services are charged separately. Turnovers are charged per event. Services outside regular hours may incur additional charges. Inspections are visual and preventive and do not replace certified or professional inspections.
