🔍 Monthly 20-Point Preventive Inspection

Once a month we will conduct an in-person 20-point preventive inspection to visually check the general condition of the property.

We can review areas such as:

•⁠  ⁠Plumbing and visible leaks
•⁠  ⁠Toilets and faucets
•⁠  ⁠Visible dampness or leaks
•⁠  ⁠Doors, windows, and locks
•⁠  ⁠Lighting

•⁠  ⁠General condition of bathrooms and kitchen
•⁠  ⁠Visible damages
•⁠  ⁠Exterior areas
•⁠  ⁠General maintenance conditions

📸 Report with up to 10 photos

After the inspection, you will receive a report accompanied by up to 10 photographs documenting the condition of the property and any situation that we believe requires attention.

This is especially useful for owners who live outside Puerto Rico or who do not frequently visit their property.

💰 10% discount on labor

As a Host Lite member, you receive a 10% discount on labor for eligible All In One Care PR services.

If we find something that requires repair during an inspection, we can quote the work, and you can take advantage of your member discount.

⚡ Priority attention 24–48 hours

Your requests receive priority attention to begin the evaluation and coordination process within a 24 to 48-hour period.

Priority refers to response and coordination and does not guarantee that the work can be completed within that period.

Your property may be occupied by guests. That doesn't mean you have to be there to know how it's doing.

Inspections are preventive and visual and do not substitute certified inspections. Repairs and work are quoted separately. Discounts apply to eligible labor and not to materials, parts, equipment, permits, or third-party services. Subject to availability, service area, and membership terms.
