Home Care Plus takes preventive maintenance to another level.

Every month you will have access to our 20-Point Preventive Inspection, allowing us to keep more frequent track of the general conditions of your property.

Inspections can be carried out virtually via video call or in person when appropriate according to the plan's benefits.

Our goal is to identify small maintenance needs before they turn into major repairs or emergencies.

Every three months, our team can visit your property to perform one of your 4 included annual in-person inspections at no additional cost.
