Every quarter, you will have access to our 20-Point Preventative Inspection, designed to visually identify conditions that may require maintenance or attention.

Quarterly inspections can be conducted virtually via video call when an in-person visit is not necessary.

We can review with you areas related to A/C, plumbing, humidity, painting, doors and windows, exterior areas, and other important maintenance points.

As a Home Care member, two of your annual inspections can be conducted in person at no additional cost.

Our team will visit the property to conduct a more complete visual assessment, document findings, and recommend the work we believe should be addressed.

This is especially useful for detecting small problems before they turn into more costly repairs.

📋 Maintenance recommendations

After our inspections, you will receive recommendations on the areas that need attention and which should have higher priority.

Our goal is not only to help you when something breaks, but to help you maintain your property before it breaks.

⚡ Priority response within 24 hours

Home Care member requests receive priority response within a period of up to 24 hours.

This allows you to quickly communicate a need, request a service, or begin coordinating a repair.

Priority response does not mean that the service or repair will be performed within 24 hours; the service date will depend on availability, type of work, and location.
